This file provides genome-wide meta-analysis summary statistics for pediatric total body less head bone mineral density (TBLH-BMD) and total body lean mass (TB-LM), as well as the bivariata analysis of these phenotypes

    7. beta_BMD - Overall beta value for meta-analysis of BMD 
    8. SE_BMD - standard error of BMD_beta
    9. P_BMD - BMD Meta-analysis p-value 
    10. beta_LM - Overall beta value for meta-analysis of LM 
    11. SE_BMD - standard error of LM_beta 
    12. P_LM - LM Meta-analysis p-value 
    13. P_bivariate - P value of the bivariate [TBLH-BMD/TB-LM] analysis
    14. N -  Number of samples with marker present 
    

The analysis was done for HapMap imputed markers with MAF>0.05  and acceptable imputation qualitty. It was based on best guess genotypes present in more than two of the four participant cohorts, using
an STATA-code developed by the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics of the University of Thessaly, Greece and available online http://www.compgen.org/tools/multiple-outcomes
